Gaboot is a sole proprietorship, owned and operated by Gabriel Hernandez, providing software development services at gaboot.net. Information we collect

We collect the mobile phone number you provide directly to Gabriel Hernandez when onboarding as a Gaboot client, along with the fact and approximate date you gave consent to receive these texts.

How we use it

Your number is used only to send SMS about your active Gaboot project: invoice due-date reminders, payment confirmations, meeting and call reminders, and updates on development progress (for example, milestone completions or deployment notices).

Gaboot does not sell, rent, or share your mobile number with any third party for marketing or any other purpose. It is used solely by Gaboot to communicate with you about your project.

Message frequency & rates

Clients should expect approximately 4–6 messages per month, depending on your project's billing cycle and meeting schedule. Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan.

How long we keep it

Your number and consent record are kept for as long as you remain an active Gaboot client, and are deleted after the business relationship ends or immediately upon your request.
